According to your log, it seems the server is autorestarting before it has a chance to show the thread dump. Do you have some sort of wrapper that is restarting the server? If so disable it so we can get a dump.

Looks like the chunkTileEntityMap is being modified while it is in use. I would suggest you start removing any additional mods you may have added until you find the culprit.
