Enable cheats in the lan world activation screen. Enabling cheats in NEI has no effect. You'll also need to update to a version which includes the new utilities.

AFAIK this is not a bug. Bees don't pollinate vanilla trees anymore. They will only pollinate those which you have analyzed. This is a good thing.

I believe the new MFR harvester works at a much slower rate if it does not have a place to send sludge. Try voiding the sludge and seeing what happens.

If we are discussing adding/modifying things, can I request that the wither cats from Ender Zoo be disabled. I dislike the whole mod to begin with, but the wither cats are just annoyingly loud with their piercing cries and unpredictable spawning behavior.
