Zaik - Yeah as pictured they shouldn't go down that path. I was swapping the cobble with dirt and gravel to see if I was going crazy. Cleaned out the blue paths except for what worked (soul sand/netherrack) and one item that didn"t (anything else). Figured if I reduced variables Id have more...

Anyone know why my sorting machine's blue path is jamming up from cobble/dirt/gravel but not soulsand/netherrack? Anything in the yellow path works fine.... I have been bashing my head in over this and would appreciate the help :)
