I loaded the map into mcedit and deleted a 12x12x12 area that the block was in. Loads just fine now. But thanks fir the suggestions

Yes, essentials, PermissipnsEX, world Edit, world guard, and grief prevention. It crashes anytime a fluiduct is placed.

Well i guess personal preference. I had a bad time with them. Doesnt mean EVERYONE will.
