This is a good thread, I was also wondering what you Monster Server admins have added/changed to the configs of the mods to make monster more stable/less lag/less crashes. Thanks in advance for any input on what kind of changes I should apply to the Config folder.

Try looking where your GF is logging into (the area) because there might be a bug around that area like a machine or block thats corrupted which is causing the lag as soon as your GF is near it. That's my best guess.
