Major server lag with modified DW20 1.6.4

So I have a modified DW20 server set up on my 2nd comp (AMD FX-8350, 16gb ram) and it runs fine on it's own with people connected to it. But as soon as my GF connects to it from a MC client on the same comp, the server starts lagging HORRIBLY. I keep and eye on the CPU and memory usage, and it seems fine, nothing is maxing out, and shows no signs that would cause it to lag so terribly. Has anyone else ever had this issue? Or anyone know of any solutions? The server is running JAVA JDK 1.7.0_51.

Try looking where your GF is logging into (the area) because there might be a bug around that area like a machine or block thats corrupted which is causing the lag as soon
as your GF is near it. That's my best guess.

This is in a brand new fresh world. And it happens as we are all together exploring finding a place to live. As soon as she logs off the server, the lag goes away.

Are you saying she uses the server computer for the client? That itself can cause a lot of lag.

It is the same computer. But, it isn't maxing out any of the CPU or anywhere close on the memory. It doesn't make sense as to why it should cause any lag, unless the issue itself is JAVA.

That is the only conclusion I can come up with, because you say the lag stops as soon as she gets off.

Well, I already realize that is the issue. What I'm trying to do, is find solutions to *THAT* issue.
