I'm speculating over an incompatibility between InvTweaks and Dual Hotbar, not confirmed. As the problems started when I added that one and some other inventory mods.

Btw, you have like 3-4 different java installed...you should always have the latest recommend version and delete old one. Having more than one java installed can cause unnecessary lag. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk

Yeah, you should just tell them to clear the server files and add the new ones that's updated. Long loading can be caused by not using the right amount of RAM, you have to use the right amount and find the sweet spot. The same goes for your pc:s health. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk

I would recommend WorldEdit. It has the command: //replace [current_block_ID] [new_block_ID] Edit: Although there is no way of formatting a whole world from a block, you would have to select a smaller area and replace. Another good program is McEdit. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk

You need to allocate more/less RAM. Open the launcher and click on options and set it around 2-4GB depends on how much your computer has. It like the transmission in a car, you don't want under 10k rpm(stalling) and not over 40-50rpm(overheating). Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
