When I break a Berry Bush (ID 1925:8), it drops an Energy Flow Circuit (ID 21259). How do I change this?

I am using FTB Unleashed 1.1.3 with Gregtech on a server with about 10 other people and when I right click on warded glass with a wand, nothing happens. Is this a known bug or a config change? I tried deleting the Thaumcraft config file and let the mod re-create it but it still doesn't work.
