It's fixed. Thank you so much. Changing the cfg to 0 worked. That was the simple part. The even better part is that after running as admin the controls and other changes to Zan's map also save. All sorted and working perfectly *thumbs up*

I would love to do that but she lives miles away and has no way of using the computer at the moment. I'm going to try and run the game from my D drive rather than my C and see if that makes a difference, as well as changing it to mode 0 and running the FTB launcher as admin. Will report back...

I want NEI to stay on Recipe mode. Every time i log in I want it to be on Recipe mode. Nothing else.

As I stated in my original post: I have tried changing it in game and when I log out it switches back, it never did that before. I have also tried changing the settings in the config file, no difference.

I want them to be on the non-default settings. That's the problem. I want the map to be round and signs only. I also want NEI to only be recipe mode so that I don't keep accidentally spawning items whenever I check a recipe.
