wasn't my memory. Replaced it and it still gives BSOD.. I stressed tested again my cpu and gpu and worked fine.. I guess the next step is to do a clean windows reinstall / upgrade and see how it goes..

thanks for your answer. I've tried reinstalling java and the modpack but it didn't work, today i had some other BSoD while playing DOTA 2, and the bluescreen view tells me its ntoskrnl.exe, pshed.dll and hal.dll.. It's not FTB. Trying some fixes right now, will be back later if i fix this :D
