They'll reach their maximum efficiency only when needed. Try charging up a redstone/resonant energy cell, or maybe plug a quarry into it :)

You can try fully upgrading your magmatic dynamos - a fully upgraded one produces 640 RF/t so if you upgraded eight of them, you'd have 5120 RF/t. At this point you might want to upgrade your conduits to ender ones too.

The word you're looking for is "processing" :) You can also apply the gas upgrade for your machines (not the separators) to reduce the usage of oxygen.

I think that for now you can just change your GPU and leave the rest. That way, you'll be able to build a new PC with way better configuration ;) Also it depends on how much you want to pay for a new GPU. Radeon HD7750, HD7770 or R7 260X seem to fit well for your PC. Also what PSU do you have?

I just said NVidia GPUs are performing a whole lot better than its AMD equivalents (when talking about Minecraft; in other games, results may vary of course). I have never said Minecraft needs top-tier GPU's but also have in mind that it won't run well on a cheap one.
