According to this one link, this can be caused by an invalid config file entry such as 'flase' instead of 'false'.

Just to clarify, the 4096 is for blocks. Items have a much bigger range, at least according to this link

I don't have much experience with crash logs, but it appears to me that when you changed the block ID's to prevent a conflict, you made them too high for minecraft to deal with. EDIT: I believe that the max block id is 4096

Specifically, the only bee with the "fastest" working speed is the Aura Bee which, as MilConDoin said, is from Thaumic Bees.
