I found the issue, i forgot to mention that i was using multicraft, i never had this problem in linux but a jar config has to be created for the mcpc jar or it wont save properly.

Its pretty much the same for them, centos uses yum i think instead of debian's apt, you'll need java heres a tutorial on how to get that.

bat files will work on windows only, you will need linux tutorial instead, heres a nice tutorial for linux. You might want to skip the part of downloading minecraft though! :)

I have but people always go nuts with bc quarries :P FTB takes a lot of ram!
