You have outdated Java anyways, newest version is 1.8.0.40. I would recommend downloading newest version first, then make sure MultiMc uses that version of Java (Istance settings > Java installation > select correct version or find the javaw.exe in the correct folder). I am no minecraft-java...

You won't lose it, atleast if you back up your world folder now. I did that in case the pack will need full reset. The problem is that the modpack isn't appearing in the modpack list, for some reason. But it still exist in your folder.
