Its not, all the tools in TC are still in the game. Just remember you only have limited aluminium brass and from what i noticed, you cant recycle them. Just make basic crafters from TC and make chisel out of wood and make mold out of it, then you can make iron/bronze chisels.

Intel pentium proccessor? Which one? I get low fps too but i guess ultimate have big requirements. Also 60-70 fps on vanila is not alot. Try FTB lite. It might not by so heavy.

I don't know if this is possible but it would by ok if you could tint color of the skin. It would by easier than making every single skin for every color and simple picking your own rgb colors would by enough for me.
