have you tried replacing the mods in the server folder with the mods from your client folder?

Yep, it is mentioned in earlier posts, seems that any pack past 0.2 is bugged and doesn't download, just choose 0.2 from the dropdown instead of the recommended option in the launcher

Have tried reinstalling several times with all packs yet to no avail, any version of 'with gregtech' seems to be screwed for me, whereas the version without gregtech works fine (albeit without gregtech which I enjoy, once of course I have tinkered with the configs.)

I know the reasons for them not releasing, me and my friends were just going to mess around on a server for a few days while we are off and try out the 1.5.2 stuff

could anyone offer a solution as to why making a server using forge server does not work with the 1.5.2 beta testing pack, as I would love to create a server for me and my friends to play on. Thanks in advance

Its a real shame, as I would love to play the 1.5.2 pack with 2 of my friends, as so far it seems stable enough and the performance increase is massive. But when I download the forge server and the other associated files and place the correct mods in the correct places, it just crashes on...

Could anyone who is feeling generous compile a DropBox of a working 1.5.2 FTB Beta server. Would be most grateful, for my attempts have drastically failed. Thanks

The mod that you can/could use as an alternative is the Project Bench mod, it is supposed to be effectively the same, only you can mount a model of the item you are creating on top of the bench to show what it is there for, but yeah, I will really miss the project table. *Queue minutes silence*

True, but their are many people on this thread who are basically accusing them of neglecting their duty as a mod pack developer, and as I said, I am fairly annoyed by the delay, but I can't quite understand the amount of BS that they are getting. Nobody wants FTB to turn into something similar...
