I have some time today and decided to download the recipe fix - now I cant trade the alchemical tome. Im putting my Thaumonomicon in the pouch together with a gold ingot, but its sitting there without exchange for 5 minutes straight. Changing dimensions into the nether or restarting doesnt help...

Ah okay. I was in the nether, only on my glowstone island and saw the netherrack / soulsand island miles away ;) Have you hidden a way to get to the end in the nether?

I mean the part of the map far far away which wasnt generated until you visit it --> It generates normal parts of the map and maybe a enderportal aswell, I dont know. Cant think of another way to get to the end.
