    Is there a modpack like this?

    You balanced the mods by making GregTech easier? I would have done it the other way around, For example for Tinkerer's construct I would use this: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1953828-162152-iguana-tweaks-for-tinkers-construct/ . For Dartcraft ... I don't know, probably disable it all...
