    It's not just the millenaire specific quests, you can't do the HQM millenaire quests if the village bugs out on you unless you want to make loads of villages everywhere.

    So how are we supposed to do this millenaire stuff without running into crippling bugs? All the villagers in my villages simply stop, not able to even be killed, making it impossible to complete the quests.

    You should start by searching for Rupee, Arlemite, or Realmite which all are very rare overworld ores or are dropped by monsters. These create the basic Divine RPG tools/weapons and armors
