Quarry Frame not building?

So, I built a quarry. I replicated DW20's design but when i place the quarry next to the landmarks, only a black and yellow frame appears with no bot. I have a video here showcasing the problem.
Could someone help me please?
 
Is the energy cell getting a redstone signal from anywhere? That will shut them off if they're not set to ignore.
 
Is the power conduit arrow pointing the right way on the redstone cube? Smack it with a wrench

Yeah, make sure to double check the path your energy takes. It doesn't look like it's getting to the quarry.

WOW. I just realised my energy cell was set to require HIGH. Wow... i'm a forgetful noob :3

I couldn't since i was using fraps. If I pressed f9 I would've stopped the recording :P
 
do what I do with fraps just change the keys so that you have it start and stop with different keys. I hated having to play with chunk lines its farely simple to change
