The Monument only lights up if all the items are inside and those items need to be the requested ones.

The 2 Drones are receive so if you cross bread with receive princesses you can get pure breads to get quartz. It is hard work but possible.

You can get Nether Quartz by bee breading. If i'm not mistaken there should be(e) some in the Project Table on the starting Platform

Thank you for that info. I'll hope that the Map Download Updates a soon as possible. A Manuel fix should be to set the nbt to ignore on the conduits down below for Burning Rubber

You need to go to the Nether first(place the water one left side of the block that is facing the monument)
