i have 2 rows of barrels the bottom one only get from the top. But the top row has tubes under and above the barrel which it should not get backed up

well i have the barrel space on top which is where the pnuematic tube is then on top of that i have another barrel but on top of that barrel i have more tubes. Sorry i am a noob at this

for some reason items just stopped being sorted? Idk what is wrong. I have them set up with pneumatic tubes going to barrels. I have power and it was sorting earlier so any reasons why it may have stopped?
