What is the Tinker's construct pick that I can use to break ore? I have a flint pick, and my quest wants me to get copper. But my flint pick isn't breaking ore?

It says it's the liquid transfer node. It does drain to fill the 1st node, but the 2nd, the one attached to the quest block, remains empty.

This looks like what I'l like to play, but how/where do I download it? I've never gotten a Modpack before. Also, if I was to use this, would it work if I also used a few other mods too? or would that likely cause a problem?
