Important - For Users of Direwolf20_1_5 Modpack - Urgent feedback needed.

Please go with the full fix. IMHO, a half-assed patch is never a good idea--it just makes more trouble down the way.

    Slimeballs

Several ways: if you have a good supply of propolis and pollen (from the Industrious bee branch), that can be one source. Another is to move to a swamp biome--slimes will spawn on the surface at night. You can also use the Factorization Crystallizer to create them from lime dye (bone meal +...

    How to automate matter fab?

A better design for that extruder is to connect it directly to the chest. Extruders automatically shut down when they fill up, such as when the output chest is full. You might even have it feed directly down into the recycler, unless you need the extra stock--that way you don't have to worry...

    industrial electrolizer power issues

You don't necessarily replace the geotherm. You need much more power--the electrolyzer requires 128 EU/t to run properly. You can keep the geotherm--you just need more.

    Industrial Grinder + Aqueous Accumulator?

Glad that's working for you now.

    Industrial Grinder + Aqueous Accumulator?

You actually can direct-connect; my own grinder setup is fed by a liquiduct.

    Industrial Grinder + Aqueous Accumulator?

Try connecting through a pipe or liquiduct. It might not take it directly from the spigot, as it were.

Do people still use rubber trees?

Seriously, folks. IC2 rubber trees spawn in EBXL biomes too. In fact, green swamps are as choked with them as vanilla swamps.

    Direwolf20 Modpack LAG =(

Are you using large amounts of Redpower Relays? Those seem to cause lag currently. Also, consider the amount of machinery you have set up--every tile entity (block with an inventory or mechanism, including things like pipes and wires) slows the game down a bit.

    Gregtech-centric progression advice?

@William Van Bokkelen--or you can take the sulfur, and some sodium from your clay, and further increase your copper output.

    Epic Fail stories

"Hold my beer and watch this" is *never* a good thing to hear. :P

In your opinion: BuildCraft of Redpower

Your sorting gate is an iron pipe with a gate triggered by pipe wire. Put a wooden pipe in the direction items come from, and your iron pipe will route one way or the other based on the pipe wire signal. Sent from my A200 using Tapatalk 2

    Orbital Shoop Corp Mothership. [DEAD]

An Infinity bow should give you enough dakka to handle any wisp. If it's got a Power and/or Flame enchantment, so much the better.

    Pulverizers really.. slow?

Need them? No. But if you pulverize (many/most) ores first, you get a chance at one piece of secondary dust. Gold is the only common dust-producing ore I can think of that doesn't give you extras.

Taking on a Large Hollow Hill

Not true. Nano leggings are rechargeable high-quality armor. You might be thinking of the hazardous-environment suit; that does require a full set for full effect.

How can I run my Boiler and steam engines indefinably?

You can do as danidas suggests, or even use both off of the same tree farm--if you use a Steve's Carts tree farm, you will be practically drowning in both saplings *and* logs.

    Self Sufficient Sapling Bio Farm

Um...if you're using a Fermenter, you're better off processing the saplings directly. A sapling is worth 0.8 bucket of biomass, a compressed plantball is something like 0.5, and takes 4 saplings to make (two plantballs for 8 saplings). Plantball fermenting is best saved for things like leaf...
