Update - 2 Reloaded FTB loader and installed fastcraft/fognerf as suggested many times above. now my Fps is 20-40 for now problem solved thankyou to all that posted :)

Ok sooo I loaded the mods to multimc AND it went ALOT better then FTB launcher did even in the loading screen. Now theres a new problem when I try to connect. This error pops up. Any suggestions?

Regular minecraft works fine and runs 100+ fps I have a I5, 8gb ram, 4gb graphics card yet when using any mod pack my fps drops to 1-5 which is truely unplayable I have uninstalled and re installed ftb at least 3 times. Have uninstalled and re installed java deleted my whole .minecraft folder...
