    Sir, you have no where near enough RAM to run a modded minecraft server. I run my client with 3 gigs of RAM. That's your issue. Also, you may wish to take into consideration your bandwidth speed from your ISP. I would recommend at least 20 gigs of RAM and 50 mb bandwidth speed. Also, I would...
