Are you saying there's something other than turtles that can do that to any degree? Unfortunately that's going to be a problem with any kind of entity that isn't also a solid block like turtles are.

An easy way to deal with that is to run about 150-200 blocks away and they'll despawn. Or dig another hole in the trench to lure them in and drop dust on them to suffocate them. And considering there are 30, compared to the 100+ mobs that spawn isn't bad. It just seems like a lot since the...

I think an equal spawn chance is being given to all types of mobs and since there's a good amount of different types of creepers, you see lots of them. Also they don't burn in the day, if you don't kill them, they clog the entity spawn counter. As for spiders and ender men, I think their spawn...

You don't even need a smeltery to be that big with the high oven but the various seared blocks do make for nice decor.

You need a furnace to cook the grout and whatever bucket to put lava in it. It may not be mid game but it's not early game, somewhere in between since you don't even need the smeltery to start making tools. Maybe I'd iskandar decides to add grout back, he could remove the clay ball version...

I haven't checked today but when I was getting it the other day it appeared that the one that wasn't updating was a leftover from using the private pack code because I had 2 versions in my list, one that was 1.1.1 and the other that was 1.1.2.

The cost isn't too terribly different than that of the terrain smasher and he's mentioned using that. The trade off between xu cobble gen and igneous extruders is the xu cobble gen has a minimum 4 block footprint (lava, water, cobble, and node) and only does cobble whereas the extruder is a 1...
