Wish I could switch to Linux..

I am running a FTB Direwolf20 1.0.23 MC V1.6.4 server on Windows. The server uses Cauldron, now does anyone know a method of making the server restart every X hours? I looked into plugins and found one but it crashes the server so its a no go.. Any other methods you can suggest?

I figured out the issue, Essentials was marking OP's in red color. Disabled that and its fixed :) Thanks anyway.
