"Pay-For-Perks" is a way for a server to survive, the owner can not sustain the payment on his own.
So Mojang going against it is rather well quite power taking, cause they CAN NOT control all the many servers that were made.
Also the move they are doing is well quite a one sided victory for them only its not helping the players.

I don't really have an opinion for any of that.

Some servers are going to have to shut down because they cannot adapt. Some will devise better payment models. People can still pay for perks that benefit everyone identically, just not for perks that benefit only the payer.

Certainly.

All tesseracts have been rolled up into a single Tesseract block that can be configured to handle energy, fluid, items, or all of the above, from its GUI.

Just a tesseract, yes. You can configure the flowing of items/liquids/power in the GUI.

Thermal expansion has the creative tank (infinite liquid source) and the creative strongbox. I think they were meant for map makers like the duplicators were and function the same way. Add the item or liquid of your choice for an infinite supply.
