    Second tier of disabling mods

    I would like to be able to, before downloading a modpack, not only disable certain mods, but also prevent those mods from downloading, so they speed up my download. E.g., I could not care less about the hats mod and it's huge enough I'd like to nix it completely, but a lot of the other stuff in...

    Configs editing?

    I just spent 10 minutes tracking down the configs folder in my FTB install in order to disable IC2 sounds (being new enough to mods that I'd just recently realized that IC2 sounds are disableable, and 'green' enough to how mods are set up that I didn't even realize there was a configs folder)...
