    IC2 + Factorization=Conflict

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Slot 4078 is already occupied by buildcraft.factory.BlockHopper@23a6fe47 when adding ic2.common.BlockCable@287ff99a Block ID confliction. If you already have a map, like I said, you may have to recreate your world. If you're using a custom pack, and you're...

    IC2 + Factorization=Conflict

No, find 4054 and change that to 4078.

    IC2 + Factorization=Conflict

First, make sure you have NEI, second, what version of IC2 are you running? And what other mods? As to your error: IC2 detected an ID conflict between your IC2.cfg and the map you are trying to load. Map: New World Config section: block Config entry: blockCable Config value: 4054 Map...

    IC2 + Factorization=Conflict

Not really. ID conflicts are pretty easily taken care of, and if you're having ID conflicts, it's because you're doing things outside the realm of FTB. FTB is setup so that it doesn't have any ID conflicts, so if you're having them, you're adding to the modpack, which there's not really...

    Dunno. Try it in creative.

    IC2 + Factorization=Conflict

As long as they work, I don't care personally. Plus you can manually configure it with IDresolver anyways. The reason I used it in the first place was for DivineRPG. That mod adds hundreds of IDs and manually configuring that mod only, would've taken me forever.
  7. S

    IC2 + Factorization=Conflict

That could be the reason. If all else fails, use IDresolver.

    IC2 + Factorization=Conflict

They may not have changed entirely, but the configs may be different between versions. If you're trying to move mods into the 1.4.5 magic pack, the question is entirely different. You could also just install GUIapi and ID resolver and have it do it for you. That's what I've done, and now I...

    IC2 + Factorization=Conflict

That won't work, Tedy. FTBBetaA is MC 1.4.2, and Magic Pack is 1.4.5.

    IC2 + Factorization=Conflict

Personally, I'd delete my files and re-run the ftb.exe. That way everything will reload and the configs will be recreated. Alternatively, you could go into either the factorization or IC2 configs, find the block that's causing the problem(ID 4095) and change it to an unoccupied ID. But...

    IC2 + Factorization=Conflict

They should work together fine if you're using the default configs. If you've changed something or added something, things may conflict, but we can't help you without details. We need numbers, error logs, etc.

    Hello fellow FTBians!

CoD4 was awesome. I love that game even to this day lol.

[Question] About some of the mods.

If Pahimar didn't think something about the mod was unbalanced, then he wouldn't change it as drastically as he is. Yoshimasta, EE2 hasn't been "removed" from anything, but you can't include a mod made for 1.2.5 in a mod pack made for 1.4.2, because it won't load. The reason it isn't in is...

    Buildcraft addon: Advanced Power Systems

I dunno about when, but yea, update it to 1.4.5 since that's where everything else is heading. I'll definitely help ya test it then, I'm just taking a break from FTB until RP2 comes out. I thought I could play without it. I was wrong. Also, you stole my name!

    Hello fellow FTBians!

Hey guys, it's Sephrik, hope everyone's doing alright out there. I was looking around the forum and realized that I never made an introduction, and figured it might be interesting to do so. So, without further adieu.. My name's Paul, I'm a 24 year old guy living in Tennessee, USA. By day...

Guide - How to run FTB via MultiMC(while launcher isn't working)

Not really sure, about the ram problems. This thread is mainly for MultiMC, rather than other tech support. The tech support forum, and new website is a great resource if you need help though.

    How to install Optifine

Go to the directory where FTB is installed, then open the "FTBBETAA" folder. From there, open instMods, and make sure the zip file for OptiFine is located here. If not, put it here now and run the launcher again.

    How to install Optifine

At the time of posting, A7 was the only version available for 1.4.2. I haven't updated and tested it, but I'm sure it'd work.

    How to install Optifine

It seems as though you missed that the sticky does it with MultiMC and this does it with the official launcher.
