    I did, it flashes green for a sec then back to red. Also before i gave it power it was green, then when I did it turned red.

    He guys, I consider myself pretty good at FTB but this one has me stumped. I cant get the filler to run on this spot. It is receiving power, the area has the tape, and the clear recipe is in the filler. Any ideas?

    It is divided evenly as long as they are the same distance from the source. Otherwise the closest will fill up first.

    Don't apply a redstone current to the transformers. When you do that, it goes to LV input and HV output and stops the flow if the packets are trying to go the other way.

    It isn't for all mobs though. Sadly when you capture a wither skeleton in a safari net, it is considered a regular skeleton, so when you place it in the auto-spawner, you just get white skeletons. I was very disappointed.

    That is what happens then the recipe config for the server is different or its a banned item.
