What modpack do you play? Since the Titel says "RfTools Worlds" I assume you want to create a RFTools Dimension in which you then setup the Draconic Evolution Mob Spawners? Why do you want to have them in a dimension and not in your normal world?

I love the usage of the screens for this. Nice Idea! Can you explain me how you can make the fit into the glass texture? It seems the screen is transparent. How can I do this? Is it a module?
