    Are you maybe trying to use tool rods? If you want to use bone for example you would not make a tool rod out of bone but rather use that bone in its "raw form".

What fixed it for me is have the server idle for a minute or two after generating the world in the first place and once TPS have calmed down a bit I could pregen w/o getting any errors.
