Sounds like you have someone using with permissions in World Edit or access to your FTP if your spawn is a seperate world.

Changed nether to default. Deleted some plugins to reflect what we currently use. So far we have about 20 during peak time 4pm EST til 2+ am is when most play. This is a raiding server, griefing is allowed.

If you use essentials use that black list instead or if you have both installed they could be conflicting as I believe the default config for essentials black lists lava buckets.

MCPC+ and world edit work just fine.

CoreProtect does indeed log item IDs its quirky at times but it does work. As far is it working inside mystcraft ages it could be the very reason there was no log. Try testing it in the default world. Last time I checked mystcraft ages creates DIM folders.

Unfortunately currently there isn't any way to add custom blocks to factions. The only way to protect against it is to ban the items.
