If you can't manage your players on your server maybe you should get more staff or consider shutting it down. Even with the best plugins its impossible to have them do everything 100%. Start teleporting to everyone when tps drops and see what they got built, then break it or ban them.

If you can get on and play then it should be ok. I made that file. If you got multiple minecraft clients you need to seperate them which is what I did. Otherwise they interfere with each other.

More than likely they won't allow you to. now if the host is cool and knows what he is doing he will add the ftb config jar file you will need for you but that directory is normally blocked on virtual servers

Yes it is. The only reason I use multicraft is due to having a fully dedicated server and we run vanilla, survival games, tekkit, and ftb off of it. otherwise I would never touch multicraft.

You can't use the default minecraft server version. You need to take a craftbukkit config jar, rename it to something that matches your ftb jar as I did in mine. Once you have done that go into the config.jar and edit the name of the mod from minecraft or craftbukkit etc to FTB. Then reupload...

What conf file are you using for your ftbjar.conf file? I also run ftb on multicraft.
