They changed all existing blocks. So if you placed anything in the world from older version, it will vanish on world load. Taking into consideration that this could include the main storage of the player its a nogo.

Some most just only work in their version configuration since they are not maintained atm, others are in testing. Are you volunteering for testing? :D Farmville on the moon? Smelteries I would have to nerf into the ground?

Theres no TC in the pack and the crash seems to revolve around the frequency module. I have no "nice" idea on how to fix that but killing the player.dat file should at least remove the module ... along with everything else in inventory. Perhaps someone else has a better idea. On the power : You...

Could be an idea for T7 ... or maybe GS2 You CAN skip T3 aka nc fusion/fission, or mining enderpearls. Then you would go straight to the stargate aka T4.

Pretty sure that recipe has an overlay saying "peacefull mode only" ;=)

You could simply use XU pipes, they are cheap. Also propane is alot easier to synth. Glad you liked it, but without tardis, you are no timelord yet! Bloodmagic is used at one single point : T5. And if you didnt do that, you cant judge it. Its not what you would expect ;)
