I'm not to good with redpower2 but I think if you put a chunk loader in some kind of item placing machine then have a block breaker that could break the chunk loader when you are done and have a pipe leading from the block breaker to the item placer so that way it would be put in the item placer...

Dude have you seen this boss? You cant even tell if your winning or losing cause of its ability so even with instant health its hard to tell when to use pots

Think they are adding to much crap into vanilla minecraft because I cant see a lot of the stuff being used however I can see item frames being used but not dyed dog collars or dyed armor Also I think invisible potions will go down quite badly in SMP because it seems to be some kind of griefer...
