Its actually really easy to do all that and you dont even have to be "computer savy" to do it. Give me a day to write up a small tutorial for you.

I cant get the pack to launch at all for me. I get the error where it doesnt download the full pack (no mods) and instead just downloads vanilla minecraft.

Also, IF* you still have problems for some reason with portal...delete the 2 portal config files from the clients/server as well. (KEYWORD: IF)

Try removing Portalgun from the server and the clients. See if that helps. On our server, doing that ended our lag and end of stream errors.

we deleted portal from the server and it now is working. No more end of stream errors. I would suggest all of you try that as a solution to your problems.

So the user is complaining that they keep getting errors, either end of stream or portalgun id conflict crash. I have had so many errors with portal gun in the past, i have no idea why its in the modpack.

I too have a user on my server who is having the same problems. Its worked fine for awhile now, then suddenly today hes getting the end of stream error.... no changes have been made recently. Ive reset the server and the whole server comp and the network just to make sure.

Has terrafirmacraft been mentioned?

There is millions of mods out there for than just minecraft, MOST do changelogs. MOST do not get paid. A sticky here or there or a note would help.

Coros Mods, specifically the Tornado and Hurricane weather/disasters. I would think it would be awesome to get your stuff wrecked by a hurricane forcing people to make shelters than can withstand one. Its Forge compatible if that makes a difference in getting it implemented...
