You need to go to http://forum.feed-the-beast.com/threads/forestry-server-crash-mindcrack-v7.6845/ they have the fix there

or you can get NBT edit/explorer it will allow you to change a persons location if you know the coords you want to put them at and they can keep their inventory... the reason that you cant get in there is because of the entitys that have been dropped by the filler. someone will need to go there...

You could try removing thaumcraft, then restart the server then stop it and readd thaumcraft back. that is the only mod that I could find the name of in the file... you will lose anything already placed but you could get your world back.

also if you go to the gregtech wiki it has the steps to change your config to match the server files if you are using the beta pack. baiscally go into the gregtech.cfg with any notepad program go to the section that says usefullrecipes and then change the ones for the macerator and the quarry...

there is a way... in NEI_server cfg file you put in the item id's that you want to ban and put who can have access like NONE, OP, or player names. It will remove the item so they can not see it and even if they remember the recipe they can not craft it.
