I have an enchanting table surrounded by more than 15 bookcases, my level is 31, yet when trying to enchant a ruby pickaxe or book, It won't offer my anything higher than 14 Why not 30? What am I doing wrong?

i "drag and dropped" extra bees and twilight forest into the DW pack to get what is basically the same as mindcrack with portal gun and mystcraft (sans greg tech) clear enough? HA!

I am using the DW pack with extra bees and twilight forest added. I've read that world anchors may not work at this time (and are expensive early), and am not even sure what other options are available currently. May be a noob question, but what do people think is the best way to keep chunks...
