I can compare them because they are very similar, the reason ic2 is liked is because it works and people understand it. Im not saying one isnt better than the other I'm just saying lots of the mods have similar functionality

My suggestion would be to leave the forums and just play FTB, the forums are the Drama not the packs, and frankly most the people on here are un-educated people here parts of a conversation and make a huge DRAMA out of it. its better just to play and have fun than stressing over what people say

Guys FTB have more than 1 pack and can make more if they want to im sure FTB will make a 1.5 as soon as possible, which will probably won't contain redpower (unless elo is secretly updating) however that doesn't mean that all the packs will be updated, the great thing about having more than 1...

Why do people feel we either update or dont, there is more than one pack, and even if they do update you can still play older versions, its not a matter of update or not, its a matter of which packs should we update and which should we keep on 1.4.7 until rp2 updates no matter what

go to where your packs download, open your pack, then the world your in, go into "configs" and open the thaumcraft one, find something about gold nuggets, and change the id (to one that dosent have anything on). DONE

it will be in the config file
