There is no need for Tcon, there are plenty of tools and weapons from Botania and Blood Magic. There is also the Atomic Dissembler from Mekanism and wither tools from Progressive automation.
Hmmm World gen mods do exist and there are settings to make a world like this in the custom world settings of vanilla minecraft. I wonder if there is a way to force the specific settings needed for such a world.

The process for submitting a private pack on the the FTB launcher is the same as submitting a public pack, you just upload a zip of the mods and configs and include all the documentation on any mods that require Notification or Request for making a private pack.

It's a really bad idea to pillar up, it's better idea to dig down and hide in a small hole and cover it over, you are a lot safer and you can get more done during the night assuming you have some basic supplies to work with

The Mekanism generators Mod is in the pack, I just can't bring up the uses for Lithium (liquid) to show it being refined into the blue stuff.

o_O is it, I didn't see it in the mod list and I couldn't find the tech path to DT Fuel, Normally that path is through Lithium, but I didn't find it
DT Fuel is the ignition catalyst for the fusion reactor
... Just wondering, why aren't Mekanism generators in this pack? I personally love the fusion reactor. But I'd understand if it was because the windmills are too OP for early game :)

I don't know if it's changed in newer mekanism updates but the separator takes up way more power and scales way higher with speed upgrades. if you have gas efficiency upgrades in the machines that use the gasses from the separator remove speed upgrades from the separator until it matches or is...
Not saying it can't be done, I just think it's just easier to manage production if each input is independent so you never have to think about ratios and excess.
Well let me put it another way, I never rely on only 1 Electrolytic Separator I hook up 1 to each point I need Hydrogen or Oxygen in every single process so my processing is independent of needs for fuel or crafting. Also you should never have a lack of Hydrogen or Oxygen this way if you have...
Why would you need to store them? Most of the time people hook up the separator right to the back of the purification chamber and dump excess Hydrogen.
If you really want a Galaxy of planets add in GalaxySpace, it's a massive addon for Galacticraft that adds many more planets and moons to the Sol System and multiple other star systems, and more progression that you can possibly do in a short run.
