The Mana Tablet recipe isn't disabled, it's just that you need to click the full mana tablet to see the recipe, since it creates one already loaded with mana.

You can use a magma crucible to make resonant ender then either pump it into the drain of a TC smeltery or use a portable tank attached to the drain via a fluid pipe.

I believe the MFR harvester can be used with essence berry bushes, but I haven't had time to test it yet. The latest beta 2.1.0 updates Agricraft and resets the configuration file to default, which enables the Agricraft resource seeds, is this intended?
