is there a way to designate that a drum only be used for a single type of liquid, even when it's empty?

Can anybody speak to this? Is there a tool in MC (I'm fairly new to all the FTB mods) that allows you take precise amounts of liquids and transport them from one place to the other? The Vat seems difficult to use with any degree of accuracy.

I'll need to look into those cyclic assemblers. Sounds like a great way to take the manual step out of turning flowers into dye!

Well, at least I'm not alone here. I'm shocked by how costly and inefficient the Titanium production is, but pleased that there are still challenges to be had. It sounds to me like I'm going about it the right way, unfortunately for me, the right way is just plain hard.

Is there any method in any of the mods that produces Rutile. or does it simply have to be mined?

I'm in the process of trying to get my hands on a lot of titanium and Rutile Ore is definitely the bottleneck in my production. Where does Rutile Ore spawn most often? Alternatively, does anybody out there have a really excellent process for producing Titanium?
