I'm not 100% sure, best bet is checking the official FTB discord server its in the support channel somewhere I've seen it! Again if you don't need Java 16 just get rid of it and make life easier :)

You have java 16 also installed and the server is trying to use that. If you don't ay Mc 1.17 get rid of java 16. Or if you want to keep it you need to point the server to the java 8 install to run it.

have you verified the server files by reinstalling the entire server? Have you correctly port forwarded the needed port (usually 25565 unless you changed it) Does it work fine for you and just your friends are having issues?

uninstall all versions of java then grab a clean install of Java 8 and see if that helps at all. from reading your console it does look like a Java issue
