There are several transformer mods that convert MJ to EU but none that convert blutricity directly and there are several more indirect ways to convert it such as using blutricity to power fermenters to make biomass and then using the bio generator from forestry to make that into EU.

Well I have run a system with an electrical engine from the IC2 addon running at 100 MJ/t to fill energy cells and that has not exploded the system even if I left it for a long time after the cell was full (had so much spare EU it could just run and run) however that was also hooked up to things...

Derp completely forgot about that though its possible if the quarry is on the verry edge of a chunk that it is loading away from the engines and the engines are outside the chunk loading radius.

Are you leaving the quarry alone without a chukloader as it is possible the quarry and engines are in different chunks so if the quarry chunk unloads the power has nowhere to go and pipe goes BOOM, try putting a chunk loader near the quarry and see if it solves it.

You are better off just using conduits IMO you never get this build up (not really sure what happens if you run it with masses of power with no where for it to go) as far as I know it does not explode maybe the engine will however if you don't turn them off but a lot of engines don't explode so...

At that rate you might as well stay on 1.4.7 which has more features and IMO better mods avaliable and then use the dragon mounts mod you get all the features of the 1.4.7 mods that have been added since then and get to fly on a dragon.

You get the Vanilla terrain gen from the seed, all the mod world gen is accounted for after the initial world gen and is only semi dependent upon the seed with some of it being completely independent of the seed. If you only used the same Seed as DW20 doesn't guarantee the same world just similar.
