I get brilliant support myself, without even paying for extra support. The support is not throttled. It's just you pay more if you want them to do it ALL for you, which 99% of companies do anyways.

CreeperHost don't have a built in FTP. FileZilla or WinSCP should be ideal. However, it does have a built-in config editor.
