Yea it does, as does anything else you want to crossbreed. I believe that there is a way to get sugarcane seeds by crossbreeding plants, which you can place in crops.

Discovering new and interesting mods is what really keeps me playing. Horizons was a breath of fresh air for me and I put quite some time into that pack. Also, becoming stupidly OP at a late game is always nice [emoji14]

A little more info is required. A mod list would be a great start. If the pack is based on unleashed, tell us why you based your pack on it.

I usually use the flux modifier putting about 2 mil charge capacity. Then I just add more redstone on it till it has a decent mining speed.

Any pack that will keep me playing it for more than a few days XD Surprisingly there aren't many packs that can do this for me. Banished an Regrowth were one of the few packs I finished.

Looks pretty interesting. Once the ore doubler and the iron furnace was out of the way, I began to wonder how I could use it in my own base :)
