So can I already enable it on the config without the 1.0.22 update?

Ive just been looking through the book that contains the new blocks added with the update for openblocks and it says they have added the sky block but when I go into NEI I cannot find it. Do i need to enable it or something? Thanks Krazy

I just enabled the sound in my config for both my ftb and my server but it still isnt working. Could there be a reason to this or anything else I could do?
